The tunneling and bolting roadheader is a kind of all-directional equipment for excavation and bolting independently developed and designed by our company. It integrates the functions of tunneling, bolting and transportation. It is suitable for the tunneling and bolting operation of semi coal and rock roadway and all coal and rock roadway. The bolt drill boom system of the tunneling and bolting roadheader can realize the drilling and support of the top bolt and anchor cable at one time, so as to improve the tunneling efficiency.

Technical features:

Double speed cutting and multiple protection

Double speed constant power cutting motor, large cutting force of single knife; The hydraulic system adopts German Rexroth constant power load sensitive variable pump to reduce energy consumption; With temperature rise and overload protection function; It has intelligent motor control system, automatic power regulation function and expert fault diagnosis system.

Unique three booms manipulator bolt mechanism

Two sets of foldable anchor drilling booms are installed on the cutting arm to support the anchor operation of the top and side at the same time. After the support is completed, it will automatically shrink and fold, and the roadheader will operate normally.

The unique and novel structural design of the drilling boom of the side anchor rod enables the side anchor rod to extend to the upper part of the first transportation, the lifting and ± 90 ° rotation of the drilling boom, so as to realize the support operation of different heights of the sides.

New temporary support

The retractable cantilever temporary support system is installed on the roadheader and adopts the working boom structure of aerial work vehicle to strengthen the structural strength, so that the actions of supporting net and cutting arm do not interfere with each other. Wet high efficiency dust removal
