Jikai Hebei Mechatronics Technology Co., Ltd.， is a professional R & D, production and sales manufacturer of coal mining machinery. It has been engaged in the coal mining machinery industry for nearly 20 years, has strong large-scale production and operation strength, and ranks in the leading position in the same industry in terms of product development ability, product quality control and market coverage. The company has hundreds of imported and domestic advanced CNC, ordinary machine tool equipment, complete parts testing and product performance testing equipment, so that the production capacity and product quality are always in the forefront of the same industry. The company's products mainly include four categories, more than 100 kinds of support machines, safety drilling rig, advanced technology, and stable performance. It has been widely praised by the majority of users. Among them, the domestic market share of supporting machines is over 30%, which is a leading enterprise in the subdivision industry.
Aiming at the bottleneck problem of laboratory infrastructure in the process of coal mine safety equipment product research and development and prototype trial production, the engineering laboratory establishes and improves the research and development platform of key technologies of coal mine safety equipment and the prototype trial production and testing platform that adapt to the development of enterprises and have the domestic leading level, so as to provide supporting experimental basic conditions for China's coal mine machinery industry. At present, the engineering laboratory has built four key technology research and development platforms for coal mine safety equipment, including safety drilling rig, crawler safety drilling rig, support machines and tools, excavation and anchor integrated machine, and one prototype trial production and testing platform; There are 42 fixed personnel, including 39 full-time R & D personnel, including 15 with senior titles and 17 with intermediate titles. Most of them are under the age of 45, forming an academic echelon with reasonable age, title and professional structure. It has more than 30 sets of high-precision equipment with a single value of more than 300000 yuan, such as CMM, gear measurement center, two station welding robot, CNC forming grinding wheel and gear grinding machine, which basically meets the needs of prototype trial production and performance testing. In terms of management mechanism, we have constantly innovated and formed a set of scientific research innovation incentive mechanism with the characteristics of our enterprise. For the first time in China, we have realized the seamless integration of ERP system and PLM system, combined the lean management concept of Toyota of Japan with enterprise informatization means, launched the full informatization lean management system (WIMS), integrated the enterprise's R & D, production and management, and built an information management platform highly suitable for manufacturing enterprises. In terms of R & D management and testing management, we have formulated detailed rules and regulations, implemented a series of measures such as project approval system, technical grade evaluation system, technical improvement activities and full participation in key research activities, effectively mobilized the enthusiasm of R & D personnel, promoted the orderly development of various work of the engineering laboratory, and ensured the smooth and efficient operation of the engineering laboratory.
In recent years, we have been rated as Hebei provincial enterprise technology center, Shijiazhuang Coal Mining Machinery Engineering Technology Research Center, Hebei coal mine safety equipment Engineering Technology Research Center (Preparatory), Hebei coal mine safety equipment inspection and testing platform (Preparatory), and the public technology research and development platform of coal mine machinery and equipment of the Ministry of Commerce Public services have been fully affirmed by relevant departments.
In the future, the engineering laboratory will obtain income through the paid use of technical patents and new products, undertaking the technical engineering R & D task of coal mine safety equipment industry, government scientific research funding, technical training and technical services, so as to form a virtuous cycle operation mode of "R & D promotes application and application feeds back R & D", and strive to realize the sustainable development of the laboratory.
