The center currently has 438 sets of instruments and equipment, including CNC turning machining centers, vertical machining centers, CNC gear grinding machines, measuring instruments and other advanced instruments and equipment, as well as complete sets of electric single-beam lifting equipment, induction furnaces, pick production lines, etc. And the application of all-informatization lean and intelligent management software, etc., has invested more than 57 million in the purchase of instruments and equipment.

The center project has 23,000 square meters of test space and 3,200 square meters of office space, all of which are provided by the supporting units after they are newly built, meeting the office and test requirements of the center.

Since its establishment, the center has undertaken 6 government science and technology projects and 15 independent research and development projects. More than 10 new products have been developed, among which the inblock casting without welding AFC Pan technology is an international leader; the roadheader products are exported to Brazil, the Philippines, Mexico and other places; the iconic transformation achievements such as crawler scrapers and deep hole hydraulic drilling rigs have accumulated Bringing direct economic benefits of 370 million yuan to the company. There are 27 new technologies and new processes, all of which have applied for national patents and applied to product design, research and development and production.

In 2015, the center introduced 5 R & D personnel with master's degrees, including 1 master's student studying abroad. In 2016, the center added 5 personnel, including 1 senior engineer and 3 intermediate engineers.

The center trains a large number of scientific research talents for the company every year, including 4 newly awarded with the title of senior engineer, 1 with the title of senior engineer, 9 with the title of engineer, 4 with the certificate of special equipment inspection and testing personnel, and Mr. Li Zhanli, deputy director of the center and research technology leader of coal mine efficient tunneling equipment, has won the honorary title of high-level talents in Shijiazhuang for two consecutive years.

The international scientific and technological cooperation R&D projects carried out by the center and Australia's RUS Mining Service Pty Ltd: the joint R&D of large-slope roadheaders for coal mines, the joint R&D of warm concrete spray units, and long-distance intelligent control drilling rigs for coal mines have achieved good results. The large-slope roadheader for coal mines has obtained 11.11 million yuan of national science and technology funds, and the project products are exported overseas.

The center and Shandong University of Science and Technology Academician Song Zhenqi and other joint talent training institutions have academician workstations, and hold academician technical exchange meetings regularly every year to reserve technical talents for the center.

Since its establishment, the center has held four engineering and technical committee meetings. The first demonstration meeting for the establishment of the center was held in April 2014. The engineering and technical committee was officially established at the meeting. From December 2014 to December 2016, the annual committee meetings were held respectively. The conference not only solved a large number of technical problems for the center, but also trained talents for the center and improved the overall scientific research level.

The center has held three large-scale academic conferences: multi-stage pneumatic motor technology seminar, inblock casting non welding AFC Pan technology seminar and AFC Pan appraisal meeting.

Hebei coal mine safe and efficient mining equipment Engineering Technology Research Center successfully completed the construction task under the construction of Jikai Hebei Mechatronics Technology Co., Ltd. and was officially included in the provincial management sequence in May 2016.
