The international scientific and technological cooperation base for the development of safe and efficient mining machinery was recognized in August 2009. The supporting unit is Hebei Jikai Industrial Group Co., Ltd., which is a high-tech enterprise focusing on the research, development and production of mining machinery.

The base mainly focuses on mining equipment fields such as mining equipment, safety drilling rig, support equipment and transportation equipment. Through technical cooperation, hiring experts to China and information exchange, the base carries out international scientific and technological cooperation with foreign countries, aiming to introduce international advanced technology and talents, break through technical bottlenecks, improve the service performance and service life of domestic mining equipment, reduce the labor intensity of front-line workers, and improve work efficiency and safety. The base has established extensive cooperative relations with more than 20 countries, including Australia, the Czech Republic, Vietnam, the United States, Russia, South Africa, Syria and India, and carried out different forms of cooperation according to the level of coal mine equipment in various countries. At present, the base has 26000 square meters of scientific research office space, 367 sets of instruments and equipment, 102 R & D personnel, including 14 senior engineers, which provides a basic guarantee for the development of international scientific and technological cooperation.

Results achieved

In recent years, the base has undertaken 3 national level international scientific and technological cooperation projects, 2 provincial-level international scientific and technological cooperation projects and 2 municipal level international scientific and technological cooperation projects. In the process of implementing international scientific and technological cooperation projects, we have applied for 2 foreign invention patents, 18 domestic invention patents and 43 domestic utility model patents. All intellectual property rights belong to us.

Through international scientific and technological cooperation, the base has introduced or co developed 19 international advanced technologies, and has successfully developed several excellent products with advanced technology and stable performance. "Alloy saw blade roadway repair machine", "pneumatic crawler type full hydraulic tunnel drill" and other products have reached the international advanced level. And all scientific research achievements have been industrialized and produced good economic benefits. It has established a new economic growth point for the supporting units, thus increasing social employment and promoting the development of regional economy.

Talent introduction and exchange

Through international scientific and technological cooperation or high salary employment, the base has introduced 16 foreign senior technical talents, trained 45 Chinese scientific and technological personnel through talent exchange, and held many exchange activities such as international mining equipment and technology exchange meeting. Through exchange activities and the introduction of senior technical talents, our scientific researchers have timely understood the R & D direction of the same industry abroad, developed R & D ideas and improved our R & D ability.

Management style

The base adopts a fully information-based lean management mode, which is a management mode of management integration, management and software integration, and software integration launched by Jikai group based on the excellent concepts of Japanese Toyota's lean management and Amoeba organization mode, combined with the enterprise's information technology. This management mode realizes the whole process sharing of all data input at one time without repeated input; The design cost can be obtained immediately after the product design is completed; Inspection and testing equipment can automatically inspect products and automatically determine whether they are qualified. It greatly shortens the time of product R & D, assembly and production, and improves the R & D efficiency of the base.

In order to better carry out international scientific and technological cooperation, the supporting units have carried out a specific division of responsibilities for each department.

The international Trading department is responsible for external publicity and liaison, translation affairs, foreign guest reception, and language training for Chinese personnel required by the project.

The product development department is responsible for receiving foreign technical training, conducting technical exchanges, consulting on our specific problems, mastering foreign key technologies, carrying out technical implementation, and guiding trial production, assembly and production.

The purchasing department is responsible for the procurement of raw materials and equipment needed for R & D projects.

The production department is responsible for the implementation of assembly, trial production, production and commissioning

The quality department is responsible for testing and inspection.

The administrative department is responsible for the travel, accommodation, catering and other affairs of foreign guests
