Product introduction:
The integrated excavation and detecting roadheader is a tunneling equipment integrating continuous cutting, loading and transportation, walking, drilling and hoisting. The machine is applicable to the tunneling of coal roadway or semi coal rock roadway and soft rock roadway. The maximum cutting unidirectional compressive strength is 80 MPa and the economic cutting unidirectional compressive strength is 60 MPa. The machine adopts electric and hydraulic hybrid transmission mode, which has the advantages of simple operation, stable and reliable operation. The machine is equipped with internal and external spray to effectively control the dust produced by cutting and improve the working environment. The automatic operation of the drill arm mechanism is simple, economical and practical, does not affect the performance of the whole roadheader, realizes the integration of excavation and detecting, and improves the excavation efficiency.
