Entrusted by the National Energy Administration, the "Integral Casting Scraper Conveyor" energy industry standard was compiled and released in December 2019, and it was officially promulgated and implemented on July 1, 2020.

The AFC Pan, transition Pan, scraper, gear rail and other vulnerable parts of scraper conveyor are manufactured by integral casting technology, and 22 national patents have been obtained.

The line Pan is made of high wear-resistant steel-based graphite self-lubricating material. The medium plate is designed with wavy anti-wear groove and used with light scraper. The operating power of the whole machine can be reduced by 10% - 30%..

1. New special materials

Independently developed TNZ series special casting alloy steel formula with high wear resistance, high strength and high toughness, in which the content of dense hexagonal granular lower bainite is more than 80%.

2.High wear resistance, high strength and corrosion resistance

than twice that of the imported nm400 wear-resistant plate, and the tensile strength is more than 1200Mpa, which is more than twice that of ZG30SIMn. It solves the problem that the key stress parts such as push lug and connecting end are easy to break; TNZ material contains rare trace elements, which can form an oxidation resistant protective film on the surface in the underground working environment to block the corrosion in the acid-base environment.

3. Long service life and free maintenance

After one working face is used, the AFC Pan of 3D net forming inblock casting can be directly transferred to the next working face, which can save maintenance costs and well lifting and lowering costs, and improve the production efficiency of the coal mine. 5. Exquisite coal leakage hole design reduces the breakage of tooth rail seat

A coal leakage hole is set at the bottom of the tooth rail seat, and the coal (slag) powder falling into the tooth rail seat is discharged in time to prevent the tooth rail seat from breaking due to too much coal in the tooth rail seat.

6. Non linear reinforced design of worn parts to meet customers' personalized requirements

The 3D net forming inblock casting AFC Pan uses the self-developed 3DP pattern printer to combine the array full frame 3D sand mold printing technology with the integral casting technology.
