Automatically identify people or objects and automatically decelerate or brake, with an effective detection distance of 15m.

The positioning accuracy is 50mm, which can accurately judge the position of the locomotive and realize the interlocking of the switch.

④Data monitoring

Real-time display of operating parameters such as pressure, temperature, liquid level, speed, etc., real-time transmission of downhole video monitoring information, real-time early warning and alarm of abnormal conditions.

⑤ Track monitoring

Real-time monitoring of the working status of the track and track connection points, early warning and detection of abnormal track displacement and deformation.

Rail system
Introduction
There are two kinds of rial:I140E light rail and I140V heavy rail.We use DIN20593 rail with German Standard.All rail accessories are made of Q355 high strength precision forgings, and the welding process is strictly in accordance with ISO9606-1/2012.Welding workers have been trained by professional welding technology service companies and have obtained welding certificates.Our rail has universal performance and can be used together with the existing track of the mine
Track is divided into straight rail, curved rail, concave convex rail, transition rail, turnout and other types according to load and function.Straight rails are generally divided into 2m/piece, 2.4m/piece and 3m/piece.Curved rails are generally divided into 1m/piece, 1.5m/piece and 2m/piece, and the angles are generally 7.5 ° and 15 °.The transition rail is used between the curved rail and the straight rail, generally between 1m and 2m long. It is processed according to the actual situation on site, and is divided into male rail and female rail.
Turnout is a special rail used to replace the running route, which is composed of basic frame, fixed rail, movable rail, locking device, control device and other parts. According to different application conditions, it is generally divided into left turnout, right turnout and symmetrical turnout. Generally, the opening and closing angle is ≤ 15 °. The control mode includes manual control and remote automatic control.
