Product introduction:
The pneumatic impact roof bolter is a new multi-geological, multi-functional and efficient type of drilling machine developed by our company ,integrating impact rock drilling, vibration cutting and rotary drilling.It is suitable for various rock roadway, coal roadway and semi-coal roadway with roof hardness f≤10 for anchoring operation.The machine has two functions of pneumatic bolt drill machine and pneumatic rock drill machine and effectively solve the drilling problem under complex surrounding rock roof conditions.
Technical features:
Large power
The power of the drilling rig is 3.2kW, and the propulsion force is large. Under normal geological conditions, the drilling efficiency is twice that of ordinary bolters.
Rotational shock
The rotation and impact are controlled separately, and the impact function is activated when encountering hard rock. The innovatively designed impact and vibration structure can be perfectly combined with the rotary structure to realize the rotation impact function. The drilling efficiency in hard rock coal seams is two to three times that of ordinary bolters.
No aluminum parts
The product has no exposed aluminum parts, making it safer to use underground.
Low noise
Using the original built-in noise reduction structure, the noise is less than 92 decibels, achieving a new breakthrough in the noise reduction of impact products.
High strength
It can be used for drilling under the condition of solidity factor f≧8.
